Arts with confidence, because your satisfaction is guaranteed. You
should expect to be as delighted with
our work as the countless other Astonishing Arts clients
who've gone
before you. After all, how can we go wrong when you are
the true star of your masterpiece?
However, on the off chance that you aren't totally
satisfied, we offer a generous refund policy*:
- For Standard
Artwork (artwork created on one of our pre-painted
artscapes), you'll have 14 days to return your undamaged
artwork at your expense to Astonishing
Arts for a full refund of the original purchase
price.
- For Custom Artwork (completely original
artwork created with substantial, in depth consultation
from you), you will need to provide us with a refund
request notification within 14 days of your initial artwork
email preview or physical delivery of your product.
A full refund of purchase price in the form of store
credit is provided for all custom artwork. Custom work
involves a serious commitment of time and effort from us and
that fact
is reflected in the custom artwork refund policy.
Return Due To Loss or Damage In the Mail:
If
your Giclee artwork order is
lost or damaged
during
shipping, Astonishing Arts will
replace it
free of charge. In the case of damaged canvas or poster artwork,
Astonishing Arts may request that you return your artwork to us at your expense.
Once we receive your returned art, we will process the creation of a new work
and ship it to you at no charge. However, additional shipping charges may apply
in some cases.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Validation of the refund/return
policy occurs only if the client contacts Astonishing
Arts PRIOR TO returning any artwork. Upon notification
and a request for a refund or return, Astonishing Arts will
issue a refund or replacement to the client.
*Any refund due shall be credited to
the client's account (e.g. credit card) using 's transaction
fulfillment process.
